Advertise free estimate, when you contact them, they try to charge you $300 for testing, without even giving up an estimate. False advertising, try to take advantage of costumers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We charge $300 for an inspection for water intrusion. 90% of water intrusion is an issue that we cannot fix. It has nothing to do with someone’s foundation. It is typically a window issue or cracks that are leaking. If we find it is an issue we do take care of we take the $300 off the estimate. We offer free estimates on all other foundation issues. Very sorry you didn’t understand the $300 water intrusion inspection fee. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.

The staff were very accommodating! I had several questions after the initial visit and they were extremely quick and thorough with the responses. Total time from quote to repair was one week with a holiday falling within that week. The team was in and out within 3.5 hours to lift my pool deck and fill a large void under my driveway due to runoff. They were under half the cost of 2 other competitors quotes and I actually felt like a valued customer and not just another job. Definitely give them a call before its too late to repair and you need to replace!

The office will schedule your project when it is convenient for you. The team will come out and can typically finish a job in 1 day.

We attended a 2 day training course in Tennessee instructed by HMI. We had a brand new trailer instructed from the ground up with all the latest tools and materials needed to do the job in the cleanest most efficient way possible.
