I had a small leak in my front yard and I called Challenger. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, she was able to get me an appointment next time. When the technician showed up it took him about 30 min to find the leak and fix my problem. When I told him about my water bill he was happy to make a note so I could submit the bill to the water company. Beyond grateful for the quickness of the process
