Appliance Hero was prompt, explained what was occurring with outdoor electric Jenn-air grill, and readily returned when another needed part arrived and continued testing this second time to be sure everything worked. All labor for both appts. within the original reasonable charge. He was very knowledgeable, persistent, and courteous. Great company that I would choose again!

He showed up right on time and was very professional and knew exactly how to fix the dishwasher door so it would close. I was very happy with everything! The only thing i was quoted a price of 85. No parts were used but I was charged 40. more than the quote.
