I was changing out a shower handle valve and handle setup. I attempted to do it myself, however the shower valve was jammed/corroded and I was unable to remove it myself. I decided I needed to call in a professional and reached out to RJ’s. Immediately, I was met with a professional response. It made a difference when deciding who to go with. They were able to fit me into the schedule next day. Tobyuse was punctual, kind, and was efficient with his work. He was able to complete the work (even with the valve difficulties) in a quick amount of time and I was charged adequately for his service!

RJ did a wonderful job fixing our kitchen & bathroom sink. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before leaving for the day. He also showed high integrity in regard to what was actually needing repair and what needed a slight adjustment and adjusted his price accordingly. I look forward to requesting his services going forward.

I am very confident and knowledgeable in what I do and my pricing reflects that but I am always willing to work with you and find a middle ground.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin each job by going to the customers home and speaking with them to really get an idea of what is needed of me. Once I know exactly what is expected, I create an estimate for your review. If you decide to accept, I will send you a contract to sign so we can get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the plumbing field for over 8 years and I went to Orange Technical College for four years and completed the PIPE (Plumbing Industry Professional Education) Program and received my certificate in May of 2022.
