What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the lowest rates in the area. I am not trying to get rich off of one sale and want to make home buying/renting affordable. I only charge 4% on sales and 8% flat fee a month on rentals. All rentals I manage receive free basic maintenance.
