FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services as a buyer's agent are free to my clients because the seller pays the commission. If I represent a seller, my commission rate is 6%, 3% on the buy side, and 3% on the sell side. I pay for professional photography, yard sign post rental, and the marketing of your home. I do extensive marketing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and I set up a website for your home to include in the marketing campaigns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're a buyer, we have a conversation about your wants/needs and I set up a customized MLS search based on those criteria. If you're a seller, we meet at your home and discuss what I would suggest be done to get the home ready to list on the market. I will also have a Comparative Market Analysis ready so we can agree on an asking price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. I've taken several Business Law classes and have an excellent understanding of the contracts, addendums, and riders used in a real estate transaction. I've also taken the 63 hour and 45 hour real estate licensing and continuing education courses and passed the State of Florida exams required to hold an active real estate license.
