I cannot say enough great things about the crew from Modern Day. They did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel, which was a complete gut job. The end product is stunning, and everyone who has seen it (from friends to realtors to other contractors) has gushed about how amazing it looks. They were professional and fast, they met deadlines, they were clean and efficient, and most of all, they were considerate and friendly to work with. Completely redoing a bathroom is an expensive process, and we were so afraid of investing a lot in something we would not be completely happy with. I do not have one single complaint, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time. Modern Day Kitchen And Bath team is a wonderful team to work with. They will move and cover up the furniture and floors before they begin their work. When they finish up for the day, they will clean up what they can before they leave. They are very punctual and organized. When the job is done, they put back the furniture. They have a very good reputation and are trustworthy. I am very happy with the work they have done on the bathrooms.

Love the work done. Going into the project, I wasn't sure if a kitchen model would really 'work' with our kitchen space. Oh, it did. They helped us through so many good decisions and got us so much beautiful space. They were very realistic about their timelines, and David (who did most of the work) was great to have in our house. For a different renovation, I never really felt like I was a priority. Here, I did. Every step of the way from everyone involved.

Our price includes everything from start to finish, no surprises. We get the electric, plumbing, texture painting all included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our 1st appointment we come out measure get a feel for what designs and style you are looking for and take pictures. Then we come back with the computer design, sit down with you and make any changes you may have and give you a realistic budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 plus years of designing and building everything from total remodels to 2 and 3 story Key West and Mediterranean style homes. Specializing in total interior remodeling jobs.
