Mary and Yoseph at Locksmith & Electric Company were incredible! They went above and beyond to service our request. My business partner and I are not local landlords. We urgently needed the locks changed on the property. This company took their time to accommodate us and our needs to complete this task with updates, photos, and videos. They even came out on a holiday to make sure that we were taken care of, even though we insisted that they can do it the following day. Communication was very open as they worked, and were very responsive with us. They offered suggestions to rectify concerns we had about the lack of care observed at the property. Hired to installed new locks on my front double doors. Once he finished he mentioned what other services he offered and I had an electrical issue he looked at for me and fixed. So got 2 things off my list in one shot. He was professional, on time and charged a fair cost. Would recommend and would use again.

He came late Saturday night, that worked out well. He knew his stuff. Got the truck unlocked in minutes, got it started right after that. I got my new key fob at a good price, then got a good price to add a second for. On a scale of 1 to 100 He would get 100. I'm very happy.

Joeseph came out on the weekend and really took care of me and my wife by installing a couple of Aqara U100 smart locks. I do commercial locks for a living (hospitals and stuff) but these new smartlocks I had never seen before were a challege he tackled without breaking a sweat. Kudos to Locksmith Service Solutions and thanks for the great work. (he even helped hang my doorbell!)

During the pandemic I lost my job and so I went searching for new employment when I found some awesome guys that trained me to be a locksmith and taught me everything I needed to know. So I invested time to learn the trade and money to purchase all the equipment and now I love what I do and wouldn’t change it for the world.
