Mary and Yoseph at Locksmith & Electric Company were incredible! They went above and beyond to service our request. My business partner and I are not local landlords. We urgently needed the locks changed on the property. This company took their time to accommodate us and our needs to complete this task with updates, photos, and videos. They even came out on a holiday to make sure that we were taken care of, even though we insisted that they can do it the following day. Jusef is an outstanding locksmith! Knowledgeable, Professional and committed to quality customer service. He helped me replace a set of aged door handles, bolts and locks in my house’s front door. The replacement set I had purchased did not fit well. Most others would had asked me go back to the store and get another set that works but Jusef did it himself! He went to the local Lowe’s store, returned the set I bought and picked a set that works -I paid for the new set over the phone and upon returning to my home, he installed it flawlessly and it looks great! During the pandemic I lost my job and so I went searching for new employment when I found some awesome guys that trained me to be a locksmith and taught me everything I needed to know. So I invested time to learn the trade and money to purchase all the equipment and now I love what I do and wouldn’t change it for the world.
