I needed both pressure washing & gutter cleaning on my property. Brandon and Paul did an excellent job with such detail. Brandon's machine was also quiet enough that we were able to work from home without any disturbance. Paul's gutter cleaning went just as well and all of it done in just a few hours due to the size of my home. My deck, windows, doors, and siding look amazing! I have kept both their contact information for future maintenance & referrals.

My pricing is based on the affordability of the people. With my past experiences, I collected data on customers' thoughts of pricing, which helped me put together a formula in which it makes a customer hard to turn down my services.

When working with new customers, communication is the key. Help the customer understand the process of power/soft washing before doing the job, making the customer feel comfortable.
