I had the pleasure of hiring Gizelle for a small company event of 200 employees. Gizelle was extremely patient, flexible, and responsive to my team and me. We each had different visions of what the balloons could look like, so Gizelle took time to understand what we were looking for and produced several mockups to help get to the finish line. I truly appreciate how attentive and communicative Gizelle was. She arrived at the event several hours early to set up, brought all of her equipment, and required little of my direction. Since we talked about the location of the balloons (I sent her photos of where we were setting them up), she could get to work fast and clean up while I greeted other vendors we had hired. This was my first time using Thumbtack, and I was a little nervous. However, this experience helped me feel more confident in the caliber of services this platform offers. If you're looking for a gorgeous balloon design and installation, I recommend Gizelle!
