- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair and reasonable, I don’t believe in getting rich off of every job I do. If I give the best prices , it’s more of a chance that I will get referrals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get friendly and comfortable with a new customer simply because depending on the size of the project we have too see one another everyday and it’s nice when it pleasant. Me personally I’m a very friendly person so majority of new customers I come into contact with actually remain friends till this day or I get referred and recommended too other people from that customer i met back then.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been into this line of work since I was a teenager , it’s more of a passion so I took everything I learned over the years and retained so much knowledge in this field from doing it hands on or watching it be done. For about 20 years I been either self taught or trained by the owners of some of the largest Audio & Video company’s in New York. Plus I’m constantly watching videos of new equipment this way I’m up too date.
