- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Roark Solar, our pricing is transparent and fair. Our service fees cover labor, parts, and any necessary inspections. We do offer discounts on select services or for loyal customers, which will be communicated during the estimate. Certain fees, such as for diagnostics, service calls, or travel, may apply depending on the nature of the job. For larger projects, we’ll provide a detailed quote outlining all costs upfront. Additionally, our policy requires a credit card on file for seamless billing, especially for services where payment is required upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer at Roark Solar, our process is straightforward and customer-focused: Initial Contact: We begin with a conversation to understand your needs, whether it's a new installation, service, or repair. We gather details about your system and any concerns you may have. Scheduling: We'll arrange an appointment at a convenient time for an inspection or consultation. For some services, we may require a credit card on file for the appointment. On-site Assessment: Our technicians will visit your property to evaluate your system, provide a full inspection, and discuss options with you. If needed, they will perform diagnostic tests to pinpoint issues. Quote: Based on the assessment, we’ll provide a detailed quote that outlines the scope of work, parts, labor, and any applicable warranties. If there are any potential upgrades or recommendations, we’ll discuss those as well. Approval & Service: Once you approve the estimate, we’ll schedule the work. Our technicians will complete the job, keeping you informed throughout the process. Follow-up: After service, we provide a full report and ensure you are satisfied with the work. We are always available for further questions or assistance. This process ensures clarity, quality service, and a smooth experience for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Roark Solar, we pride ourselves on our extensive qualifications and industry expertise. We are a Platinum and Aquatherm Master Dealer, as well as a Totally Hayward Dealer. Many of our employees are Hayward Pool Equipment trained and CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified. Additionally, we are a Pentair Partner and authorized warranty providers for leading solar brands such as Leverage, SolarEdge, Enphase, and Fronius, among others. Our owner brings over 20 years of experience in building and roofing, and was one of the only Tesla Solar Roofing representatives in the area, giving us a unique edge in both solar and roofing solutions.
