I patiently tried to talk to this client, trying to make him understand that he cannot impose the price he wants to pay for a requested service.
I cannot leave the office with my team and all the professional structure we have to do the best we can for a ridiculous price that someone in the neighborhood has already charged before and doing it with amateur electrical equipment rented in the neighborhood.
I tried to tell him that if he simply does not accept the estimate we offered for the service, just look for someone else who can do it for the price he can pay and do not be offensive.
This person sent me a negative review because I did not accept to do a service for the price he imposes.
Don’t ridicule someone’s serious work even if it’s a price you don’t accept paying. We are not trying to take advantage of anyone, we are just doing an excellent job for whoever calls us.
