I spoke with Steve at Better SRQ about a very difficult situation I was facing, and left our conversation feeling both understood and supported, as well as surprisingly hopeful. Steve has a real gift for taking on complex problems with empathy and good humor, while also remaining grounded and pragmatic. Tens across the board! 5/5 stars :) I am so grateful to have met Steve this year, not only as a friend but as a mentor. I just recently lost my job of 2 years and had no idea where to start in this new era of my life. Steve not only wrote a glowing character reference, but he also helped me through every step of the way in creating a beautiful resume, one that I am so proud to hand out to future employers. I approached ourtask at hand with a resume that I was so embarrassed to share (Im 35 and just now finally understanding how to do these things), but with his skills and hands on guidance, he helped transform my resume into a little work of art.
