Dana originally started working for John Bruno Strength and Conditioning as a nutrition coach in 2018. She was an avid ashtanga yogi before this but also wanted to learn more about resistance training, especially as she was approaching age fifty (and mother of three). She became a very diligent student of strength training and has seen some real progress in her arms, shoulders, legs, and butt. This prompted her to want to learn more about programming and teaching. After completing several months of an ongoing one on one training apprenticeship on my methods of training clients, she has worked for me as a trainer since 2019; where she kept up with her training with me, nutrition coaching and began her studies for her personal trainer certifications exam (which she passed with flying colors as I expected).
Now I have several of my clients who enjoy working with Dana on a regular basis. She puts them through challenging but safe workouts that are at the proper difficulty level for each client’s current physical training status. The clients love the way she trains them with positive encouragement and her sweet demeanor. I have put well over two years into teaching her the system and she has become a valuable asset to my team, and I trust her with all of my clients. And not only that, but they also all really enjoy working with her.
I highly recommend Dana, so much so, I made her part of my team.
