- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for our Weekly Meal Delivery Services vary depending on the number of meals and servings. Catering services are based on a per person cost, which generally covers the execution of the menu. Additional services and amenities (i.e. china, linen, wait staff, etc.) incur additional costs. Other Personal Chef Services are based on an hourly rate of $75/hour (3 hour minimum) + groceries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered Exam Proctor with the National Restaurant Association. The ServSafe Food Safety Training Program leads the way in providing current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry. This designation provides me the opportunity to stay educated and informed on the latest developments in our industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for food stemmed from childhood and having memorable experiences that centered around food. As I became a teenager, I realized that I wanted to help recreate those experiences for others in their lives.
