Quality 1 by far is the best repair company I’ve worked with in my lifetime. Aside from doing an amazing job on the mold mitigation and water damage restoration, the team’s professionalism, consideration, and knowledge is what keeps me a lifetime customer. Yoni allowed me time to get other quotes and didn’t pressure me at all or overcharge me like many other companies did. Yoni is also great at communication and scheduling work, he updated me every step of the treatment too. I 100% recommend Quality 1 Restoration to be your team for any water damage repairs!!

Highly recommend. Yani responded quickly to my initial call. Came to the house, assessed the problem and put a work plan together. Yani has years of experience with mold remediation and is very knowledgeable. He knows how to work with insurance companies and put together the needed documentation. Customer satisfaction is the hallmark of this business. All of the workers were nice to work with and took pride in their work. Always cleaned up when they were done. Price was reasonable. Quality work.

I had an area of mold in my garage ceiling and Yani came out the same day I had called to inspect it. My husband had found other companies charging $250-450 just for inspection so when I saw he offered feee quotes I thought it was too good to be true- I was wrong! He went over where the mold was and likely coming from and assured me it was not spreading which was a huge relief. He also instructed me how to have a handyman fix it! Very professional caring human from the get-go, he wouldn’t even take a tip! Highly recommend Yanni
