- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my price included professional cosmetics, everything what I need for creation an hairstyles and makeup. That’s amazing quality of cosmetics. I don’t need worry about water resistance or humidity. Everything will be secure and hold all day. I always include a false eyelashes, it up to you, not necessary. My services including travel to you if your wedding place not so far from me (if so, additional fees will be required) and about time, if you have early preparation( additional fees will be required). If you would to add a hair extensions on your wedding, that’s fine, but I’ll require extra fees for that, because it will take extra time. If you would like to do a simple hairstyle and makeup for your important day just let me know about that I’ll do for you some discount for services. Just remember, on weekends I’m so busy for weddings and please book your time and day in advance. If you cancel your date, deposit not refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. If you have any ideas and preferences in hairstyles and makeup let me know please, send me pictures what you would like to do or I can do something special for you. If you would like to see how you will look on your important day( wedding, birthday, any event or special occasion..) the best way is to do a trial. For me is not necessary to do it. That’s just for you. 2. Your hair should be clean and dry before I come to you. 3. I always come in advance on your important date. 4. If you change plans, location or time on your date, please let me know in advance. We always can reschedule it, no problem. 5. I always appreciate your time.
