- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Even though we are a well-structured company with competitive prices, we are also open to proposals. Sometimes a client doesn’t proceed due to a small price difference and ends up choosing something cheaper and of lower quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first conversation, we understand what the client is looking for in their project, ensuring that they will receive more than they expect. We assist in choosing the paints using a color palette and the type of finish. We set the start and end dates for the job. We usually finish 1 or 2 days ahead of schedule.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working on high-end house painting, where the finish had to be impeccable and without haste. I learned many techniques during the years I worked at the company, which was essential for applying and training our painters.
