Caldas Jr arrived right on time to install our ceiling fan. In the course of doing this he encountered a number of issues with the original installation. He quickly and expertly resolved all the issues. We really admired his professionalism, knowledge and determination to resolve each issue. In addition, Caldas is pleasant and easy to talk with. Nilto did an amazing job on all the tasks I needed done including paint touch ups around the house, drywall repair, caulking, installing my faucets and power washing my house. He kept a very clean work space as well and was very mindful. He did such a great job and I can’t wait to use him again for my next project.
