Be more thorough in your cleaning. The floors should be swept and then mopped. The floors even after you came back- even though they were better still - had quite a bit of dirt! The counters were wiped down (even though there was still white stuff at first on them and the stove) but you didn’t even pick up the things on the counter like the soap dispenser and wipe under it or wipe off the dresser in the bedroom still had dust all on it. I don’t mean to be rude but if there are two people cleaning for 3.5 hours you should have been able to clean that house top to bottom til it’s shining! I appreciate you going back to do a better job but it’s sad that I had to call you out on that!
