I highly recommend Michael and his team. Our realtor had a list of inspectors but I decided to branch out and find my own. Michael is extremely customer oriented and I really sensed that he had our best interests at heart. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection process from the exterior to the plumbing, electrical and roof. His AC company was also very courteous. And he also brings a termite inspector which was not included with most other inspectors. I would definitely recommend his services to family and friends in a haertbeat!

As a nervous first time home buyer I wanted an independent and complete inspection. Michael was incredibly thorough and he took the time to teach me how everything worked in my new place. He put the issues into perspective that turned up and I knew what needed to be fixed right away versus what I could attend to down the road. His price was very reasonable considering all the extra services he brings. I couldn't be any happier with my decision. Thanks Michael!

I'm a Realtor and have been using Michael Koester all along. Both the buyers and I have always liked the quality and details of his inspections. If a buyer so chooses to be at the house during the inspection that's fine. Once the inspection is completed Michael takes the time go over the property, item by item with the buyer. Major and minor issues are categorized and explained to the buyer. Once completed the buyer has a good common sense understanding of the properties condition. A great hard copy of the report is then sent to the buyer and agent. This is the quality service I am comfortable in suggesting a buyer use.
