We hired Michael to inspect our house on Longboat Key and it was a great experience. On the day of the inspection it was raining and we were afraid that we would need to reschedule. Micheal and his team went ahead anyway! When the inspection was finished he took us around and showed us all the findings. He carefully went through each item recommending possible solutions. There were several water stains on the ceiling in the closet which he was able to show were dry with his X-ray camera. The roof was new so we were sure the stains were old. Cool toy! That night we received the huge report filled with pictures and recommendations. We liked the service because he brought along other services, something most home inspectors apparently don't do - at least the ones I called. I would definitely recommend Michael and Direct inspections!

Michael is very professional, showed up on time and was courteous and detailed in his inspection. He emailed the mitigation report the same afternoon so I was able to forward it to my insurance company as soon as possible. Would highly recommend.

I hired Direct Inspections to evaluate a home in Florida (I'm in Iowa). The job included two separate units in a duplex, including a four-point inspection and a wind mitigation inspection. Mike was very flexible and accommodated the seller's and my schedule. During the inspection, he was 100% on-task and thorough. He is also very personable yet straightforward. It was a pleasure to make his acquaintance. I'd Direct Inspections again and I recommend him without reservation. Michael came out to do a home inspection and a 4 point inspection (for insurance). He was thorough, informative and detail-orientated. His reports were full of pictures, detailed descriptions and easy to read. I greatly appreciate that he has a whole team that will come out to inspect - HVAC, roofer, WDO inspector, etc. He has followed up with him on a few occasions to see if he could be of further assistance. He has been a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him! He services are outstanding and his prices are super affordable.
