- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to find the best products at the best prices for each of our customers. We provide project pricing (materials and labor) and strive to provide the estimates while in the home. We require 50% down to order the materials and then 50% upon completion of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it simple, our designers come to you with a mobile flooring showroom. The initial consultation usually takes 1-2 hours: Step 1: Learn about the project & customer preferences Step 2: Take measurements Step 3: Bring samples in to see in different spaces/lighting, in your home or business Step 4: Identify the best options (typically good, better best) Step 5: Review the quote and pricing; Make the selection. Step 6: Plan the project After the shopping is done, our production team takes over: Step 7: We notify our customers once the materials are ordered and the manufacturer provides an ETA (this doesn't apply to the many products we keep in stock in our warehouse). Step 8: Once the material is in our hands, we work with our customers to schedule the installation. Step 9: When the project is complete, our team ensures satisfaction and then sends the care and warranty information along with the payment link.
