Introduction

Service fee depending on area. small jobs included. Mounting TVs, installing appliances,mounting pictures, Light electrical such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlet repair, etc. -light plumbing such as sinks(full sink installs) faucets, pipe repair, garbage disposal replacement or repair, or draining repair or replacement, -drywall repair, -very small painting projects(will not do anything larger than a bathroom or closet). -Installing exterior and interior doors. -Installing shower glass doors. -repairing windows or seals. -Caulking(bathroom, kitchen, windows, frames, trim etc if there is something i cannot do or never done i will be very upfront i do not want you to live with an unhappy project you paid for! I do give deals if I’m doing multiple projects in one day not everything will be based off hourly however I do work very fast and efficiently!

Jacob was very efficient and quick...We had 3 things done ..He put a bedroom dresser together,Installed a ceiling fan and installed a bathroom light and I could believe how fast he was done in under 2.5 hours..He has a lot of knowledge and can do alot of different projects and with us being disabled and being on a fix income his prices are very reasonable.We will definitely be using Jacob again for future projects!

Jacob’s work was excellent - I’m so happy with what was done. He installed and hung up my curtains just as I asked of him. He was extremely patient and offered to come back on a Sunday morning since I ordered wrong size rods on a couple of the windows. He kept his workspace clean as well. I will most definitely be using him for a lot of my upcoming projects.
