- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive, yet can be higher than some contractors driven by the level of effort I put into every project to assure quality and perfection. I make sure my results are sound proof, with no flaws in design, grout lines, quality of corners, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first do a thorough evaluation of the project and customer needs and provide them a free estimate for the work that needs to be done. I am very transparent and honest with my customer up front with implications that may come along the way. If I win the job, I assure the project is completed within agreed upon timelines, unless serious implications delay the timing to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience working on projects on various levels of complexity. I have passed tile installation certification training and exam.
