During the service call the technician never told me that my old garage door opener was still functioning AND operational. They should have let me know that my old opener was functional and that the arm release wasn’t closed properly by the previous technician from another company who worked on my door. I was misled when a little honesty was needed. Also the new garage door opener was installed and there are open wires and the belt is extremely loose and slack. I opted not to place covers on the lights but the technician didn’t leave the covers.
