- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts to all first-time customers along with the occasional promotion. Additionally, we do offer discounts to those who book cleans with us on a reoccurring/regular basis. We offer both flat rates and hourly rates in special circumstances to accommodate each and every customer's specific needs. We are upfront and honest about pricing and there are ZERO hidden fees when using our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to communicate via phone call as it's much easier to make sure there aren't any misunderstandings that way. We then like to get to know a little bit about the customer and their cleaning needs. Communicating why our customer are looking for a clean, what type of clean they are looking for, etc. We then jump into discussing pricing, after agreeing on pricing we move to scheduling where we try to book in cleans when its most convenient for our customers. After the clean is completed, we always follow up to make sure everything went well and that the customer is happy with the service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are highly trained! One of our top cleaners has over 10 different certifications in the cleaning industry!
