FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based solely on square footage, there are no hidden fees, my customer determines the quality of paint to be purchased, if the property is a rental unit for example that gets repainted often then a standard Sherwin Williams 'Property solutions' Acrylic latex paint is the economical way to go. If the property is your dream home and you want a great product on your walls to last a long time and keep its luster, then Sherwin Williams Emerald Acrylic latex paint is a terrific product, it has stain blocking, a paint and primer in one, great washability and durability. Paint quality and its various price-points is the only $$ variable to be considered. I usually bid with two paint quality options on request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will enjoy a personal approach from the very beginning as I do not subcontract out my work projects to a third party, I do all the actual work myself. I am the person you talk to on the phone initially to set up an appointment, I am the person who helps you with product selection, color selection (if you require help), I am the person who shows up promptly on day one and completes the work required in the stated time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the home redecorating field for 25 years, from my training as an apprentice in Long Island, New York to my own business in Hawaii prior to moving my family to Florida. Exteriors or Interiors, I have decades of experience and knowledge in all climates and with every conceivable surface.
