After three months of requesting continuance after continuance in my daughter's case, he called me today to say he was going to withdraw from the case and not give me a dime of my money back. Claimed we contacted him too often??? He told me to lose his number. That's fine, I'll give it to the bar association. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one. He lures you in with lower rates just to rob you blind. Zero stars

He was not a good attorney… I did not get a chance to work with him at all & he decided to drop me before starting ! I called him a little before closing he stated that he did not have the time to talk about my case which is Weird because your a lawyer … he was leaving the office he stated which was very unprofessional why would you answer the phone ? He seems like he only cared about the money & did not care about me what’s so ever ..

This person is apparently upset because we declined to take his case. This is not a client of the firm. We actually spoke with this person multiple times as well. I'm unsure why this person thinks we "only cared about the money" when we didn't take any money, spoke with him numerous times, but ultimately did not take his case.

Now my review is solely based off of consultation. I have not used Dan as representation. We make the process as simple as possible. This is already a stressful time for most clients, why add more? I make things easy to understand and the process clear. Let someone experienced and knowledgeable take care of this for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Nawara was a former prosecutor in the 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where he represented the State of Florida in the criminal prosecution of Defendants. During his employment at the State Attorney’s Office he conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials. Moreover, Daniel Nawara was a former Sarasota juvenile prosecutor. Further, Mr. Nawara has previously worked for a mid-sized civil litigation firm.
