- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate that is determined by frequency of cleans and timing of cleans. The more often you want your facility cleaned, the greater the discount on our price. If you require a night clean, it does have an effect on the hourly rate. Our minimum price is $125 per clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will walk the property with you to get a better understanding of what your needs are. We will then put together a cleaning schedule that meets these needs. For the first month of service, an ops manager will be on site multiple times per week to ensure that the cleaning team is acclimating to the cleaning schedule. After that first month, a member of our management team will visit at least twice per month to check in, walk the property with you, and ensure that all your needs are being met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First, we only hire cleaning technicians who have professional cleaning experience. Once vetted and their background check has been passed, they will join our Head of Cleaning onsite to get "certified" in all of our cleaning techniques. Once, a cleaning technician is certified, they are then permitted to begin working at different locations.
