- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A good coaching relationship is built on trust, respect, and valuing each other's gifts. In all of our interactions I guarantee you will feel listened to, encouraged, and respected. To show me the same respect, my clients know that the listed price is my price. No exceptions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at the same time each week. At the first meeting, we will discuss your goals, challenges, fears, hopes, and expectations. This will allow us to tailor a plan for the upcoming weeks that is specific to you and your goals.
