I'm starting to understand what kind of a human being you are. "Not a good one I see", because you trying to ruin our name by saying negative things about us. We only decided to give you partial refund because we felt bad that we ran a little behind (not 2 hours behind, that doesn't even make sense if we were that late for a 4 hour event) but we supplied everything you asked for and according to You and your guest 'the food was amazing'. The drinks were only warm because the refrigerator you had them stored in before the ceremony started was not working properly and did not keep them cold. I hate that I'm even putting this on you but I refuse to let you talk the way you've treat us, manly my wife. Especially when we technically didnt not have to give you a refund at all.. We've talked to you for months and was very respectful towards you. why out of the blue would we purposefully (in your words) ruin your wedding day..
