- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150/hr for non-wedding related events or bar/restaurants (plus tips or food & beverage credits in certain instances). Weddings are quoted on a case-by-case basis (is the entertainment desired for cocktail hour, dinner hour, reception?). Any engagement farther than 20 miles round trip will be subject to an additional mileage fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine date, start time, location, type and length of event, and are there any special requests such as possibly learning new songs for the event or will I perform solo with tracks or are live musicians desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 3 years studying and performing in the World Music Program at Florida State University - including the Gospel Choir, West African Dance and Drum, Brazilian Samba, and Afro-Peruvian ensembles. I also sung and performed in several musical theatre productions prior to moving to Los Angeles.
