- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 1 year warranty on parts and a 90 day warranty on labor. All service calls are guaranteed for 30 days. I charge 89.95 for the service call and diagnosis. Once the problem is determined, an estimate will be provided before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the customer as quickly as possible once I receive the new lead. I find out what their problem is and provide them with information and pricing on the service call. If they are interested in me coming out, I collect there information and create a work order. A confirmation email is then sent to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in electronics and computer networking. I have over 15 years of experience in the appliance repair industry. I am EPA certified, which allows me to professionally perform refrigeration repairs and handle refrigerant.
