Does lots of work with us, honest and works hard, craftsmanship level is very high, you can't even tell when something has been repaired, look just like it should. Better than everyone else we have tried to use for remodeling or repairs!

Dan Schaefer and his company took a 30-year old house and made it look like it was built yesterday. I had him replace old and deteriorating T1-11 siding with hardy plank. The difference is amazing. Neighbors went out of their way to praise the new look and ask for Dan's business card. Dan and his crew worked quickly but with a professional's eye for detail. The cost to me was very fair and far less than estimates from "big box" vinyl siding companies. I am convinced I received high quality work for a good price. Dan was also easy to work with. I give him and Coastal Waters my highest recommendation for any home repairs.
