FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, I strive to provide transparency and value to my customers. Here are some important aspects to know about my pricing: Competitive rates: My pricing is competitive within the industry, reflecting the quality of service and expertise I offer as a yoga professional. I aim to provide fair and reasonable pricing that aligns with the value I deliver. Packages and discounts: I offer various packages and pricing options to accommodate different needs and budgets. These may include discounted rates for multiple sessions or package deals for long-term commitments. I am always open to discussing personalized options and finding a solution that works best for the customer. Fees and additional costs: In addition to the base pricing, it's essential for customers to be aware of any potential fees or additional costs that may apply. This can include travel expenses, specialized equipment, or any specific requests or requirements that go beyond the standard service. Clear communication: I believe in clear and open communication about pricing from the beginning. I provide detailed information about my pricing structure, including any applicable taxes or administrative fees, so that customers have a complete understanding of the financial aspects before making a commitment. Value-driven approach: While pricing is an important consideration, I encourage customers to focus on the value they receive from my services. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality instruction, personalized attention, and a transformative experience that goes beyond the price tag. My goal is to provide exceptional value and support to help customers achieve their wellness goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my typical process involves the following steps: Initial consultation: I start by having an initial consultation to understand the customer's goals, needs, and any specific requirements they may have. This helps me tailor my approach and create a customized plan. Assessment: I conduct an assessment to evaluate the customer's current level of fitness, flexibility, and any limitations or injuries they may have. This allows me to design a program that is safe, effective, and tailored to their individual needs. Goal setting: Together with the customer, we establish clear and achievable goals based on their aspirations and desired outcomes. This helps us stay focused and track progress throughout our work together. Program design: Using the gathered information, I create a personalized program that incorporates a variety of yoga techniques, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and relaxation techniques. The program is designed to address the customer's specific goals and needs. Instruction and guidance: I provide detailed instructions and guidance during our sessions, ensuring proper alignment, technique, and modifications as needed. I encourage open communication and create a supportive environment to address any questions or concerns the customer may have. Progress tracking and adjustments: Regular progress assessments are conducted to track the customer's development and make any necessary adjustments to the program. This ensures continuous growth and optimization of their yoga practice. Support and motivation: Throughout our work together, I offer ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation to help the customer stay committed to their yoga practice and reach their goals. I am available to answer questions, provide guidance, and address any challenges that may arise.
