He came out same day within a couple hours and fixed a leaky pipe we had. Replaced it fully with upgraded parts and even moved it closer to the wall so that it would be more protected in the future. (I’ve attached the before and after pics)

My garbage disposal stopped working which clogged drain. Brandon came out and replaced my garbage disposal in under a hour. He also noticed I had running water outside from a pipe and offered to fix that as well. He had no idea how that running water outside was driving me crazy and I did not know who to call to fix it. My husband tried and it didn’t work. Thankful for Brandon and his services!

Rapid Rooter Sewer and Drain was out to my home for both toilets were stopped up. Brandon called when on the way, was on time, and showed up prepared for the job. His ability to quickly diagnose and isolate my issue was top notch. He presented me several different options or types of drain cleanings and explained in detail how they differed from one another. I chose to have my drains jetted or "hydroscrubbed" is the way he described it. He then cameraed the drain line to inspect the integrity of the system. He kept me informed every step of the way and gave recommendations when he thought it was necessary. What I liked the most is that he took the time to thoroughly explain things to me in detail, presented me with a price before performing any work, and performed service same day. Brandons professionalism and work ethic is next to none. I will definitely be using and recommending Rapid Rooter for now on! Id leave 6 stars if I could!

Upfront flat rate pricing and willing to work with any budget. Free Estimates Discounts for Veterans, seniors and the retired
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client calls requesting service, first I will ask for a brief description of the issue to get familiar with the situation. Next set up a time to come out and properly diagnose the situation. Then we will go over all of your option. Once you choose the best option for you we will set up a time to complete the job if it can't be done that day. Once the job is complete and the customer is satisfied I would collect the payment and provide an invoice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the plumbing industry for 11 years in the residential and commercial applications.
