FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked for a few different size companies and larger companies come with larger costs. Being an individual, I’ve priced the items for labor and part cost, no fluff or unnecessary cost included. I’m transparent from start to finish. $70 to find out the issue and it gets waived for the repair!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally just want to make their experience a streamline and stress free one. I’m a straight shooter and strive for clarity so everyone leaves happy! Once you reach out to me, I will plan for an agreed time to head to your home, assess the situation at hand, if you approve, fee gets waived and I’ll check over the system operation after the repair to make sure no other issues are present.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 100% field experience. Took about 5 years to get comfortable with how AC works. I have taken classes for further education and keeping with todays new technologies in the trade but nothing compares to physically working on them day after day with over 60+ total years of experience from my knowledgeable coworkers. Old units to new, big to small and everything in between! I’ve worked on quite a bit.
