Tech was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and possible solutions. He took pictures and was very thorough with his inspection. The salesman that accompanied was not pushy, but also very knowledgeable, and offered several options to choose from.

Been waiting for months on getting a zoning control board replaced. Never got back to me. Called again a few days ago and they managed to dig up the record. Scheduled for 12-2 today. 4:30pm No calls, no nothing. They then lied to me and said they called me and I didn’t answer so they skipped me. Updated because DelAir addressed/fixed the issue.
