Been waiting for months on getting a zoning control board replaced. Never got back to me. Called again a few days ago and they managed to dig up the record. Scheduled for 12-2 today. 4:30pm No calls, no nothing. They then lied to me and said they called me and I didn’t answer so they skipped me. Updated because DelAir addressed/fixed the issue.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I placed a call my unit wasnt cooling off as it should I received very professional, courteous response. They sent a tech out by the name of Nick and I couldnt have asked for better service. He arrived on time and got right to work. He worked non stop in the heat making sure I was taken care of. He was very friendly and explained everything to me about my unit. I highly recommend!
