- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer personalized, one-on-one gentle yoga coaching tailored to your unique needs, goals, and abilities. Pricing is based on session length and frequency: 60-minute private sessions: $125 per session 45-minute private sessions: $110 per session Most clients begin with 2-3 sessions per week for steady progress. I also offer monthly memberships for long-term clients, providing flexibility and consistent support. For hotels, wellness programs, or group classes, pricing varies based on the scope of the offering. Feel free to reach out so we can discuss what fits best for you! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a personalized, step-by-step approach to ensure you get the best results: 1️⃣ Free Discovery Call – We start with a conversation about your health, abilities, and goals to see if we’re a good fit. 2️⃣ Customized Yoga Plan – I create a tailored program based on your current abilities, needs, and long-term wellness goals. 3️⃣ Private 1:1 Sessions – We meet virtually for guided sessions focused on movement, sustainable strength, and balance in mind & body. 4️⃣ Ongoing Support – You’ll have real-time feedback during sessions, plus email support between sessions for adjustments and encouragement. My goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body—at a pace that works for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, specializing in movement, rehabilitation, and aging. I’m also a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) with an additional certification in Gentle Yoga, and a Certified Professional Health & Wellbeing Coach. With over 14 years of experience, I combine science-based movement, yoga, and coaching to help you build strength, confidence, and independence—at any age.
