- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer personalized, one-on-one gentle yoga and strength coaching tailored to your unique goals, body, and abilities. Pricing is based on session length and frequency: 60-minute private sessions: $125 per session 45-minute private sessions: $110 per session Most clients begin with 2–3 sessions per week to build momentum and see steady progress. I also offer monthly memberships for long-term clients, which include flexible scheduling, ongoing support, and reserved session times. Availability is limited so I can give each client the attention they deserve. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a personalized, step-by-step approach to ensure you get the best results: 1️⃣ Free Discovery Call – We begin with a friendly conversation to explore your goals, current challenges, and overall needs to see if we’re a good fit. 2️⃣ Customized Movement Plan – I design a tailored program based on your body, your lifestyle, and your long-term wellness vision—whether that includes improving flexibility, building strength, or getting up off the ground with ease. 3️⃣ Private 1:1 Sessions – We meet virtually for guided sessions focused on mindful movement, sustainable strength, balance, and mobility. 4️⃣ Ongoing Support – You’ll receive real-time feedback during sessions, and you’re always welcome to reach out between sessions for support, encouragement, or adjustments. The goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay independent—at a pace that feels right for your body.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with a focus on movement, rehabilitation, and aging. I’m also a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) with specialized training in Gentle Yoga, and a Certified Professional Health & Wellbeing Coach. With over 14 years of experience, I blend science-based movement, yoga, and personalized coaching to help adults 50+ build lasting strength, confidence, and independence—at any stage of life.
