- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mileage may be added, depending on the location from the teacher. Mats can be added if you don't have any available. Additional add-ons (See below).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All scheduling will be done initially through Thumbtack. I will get a sense of what type of class you're looking for, location, as well as dates and times. I will connect you with myself or one of our incredible teachers who are designated to your location. You're welcome to request teachers as well, as long as availability is there. If a consult call is needed for more complex events, we would schedule a time for that. This is also a great opportunity to explore any add-ons or themes you'd like us to include in your class. Once we arrive, we will discuss anything you're needing for your practice and tailor the class accordingly. Add-ons are always available including sound bowls, massage, herbal tea blends, essential oils, incense and mat rentals. For those looking to ramp up your self-care, in addition to class, I am excited to announce that I have partnered with a couple massage therapists that can support me in offering this!
