Ashley is a licensed therapist trained in trauma-informed yoga/vinyasa. Ashley incorporates elements of psychoeducation, introspection and opportunities for self reflection. What you might experience in a class with Ashley is a vinyasa styled class featuring moments for connection to yourself and others.
