- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing covers standard windows and all services come with free glass restoration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Immediate communication and transparency. I can do a quote via message, over the phone, or in person based on the number of windows. When I show, I'll be in a branded vehicle and in a branded polo. I'll politely introduce myself and explain the whole process. I pride my self in communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of window cleaning experience. I worked for two window cleaning companies for 7 years before starting my own business.
