When I sent a message to royal tree service he responded with in a few minutes of my email that he was available along with a price right after a sent a couple photos of my 2 stumps that needed to be removed.

Brandon's team came out to clear the vines and brush overhanging the backyard. They were fast, punctual and very friendly. My fiancé was amazed by how quickly and effectively they did the work. We've recommended him to our family and my inlaws are all supremely pleased with Brandon and his teams work!

I asked the man and showed him a picture of the palm that I wanted taken down. He told me it would be $200.
So I set up a date and time as he asked me to do.
Now he tells me he’s not coming out there unless there is other work to do .
I added another tree and then he insults me and says “to go higher a crack head So the palm tree will fall down on my neighbors house as he’s taking it down”
Very unprofessional, and I do not appreciate him, Belittling people with addictions that they cannot control .
Addiction is a disease just like cancer
Obviously doesn’t know anything about Addiction .
Im just gessing he’s a drunk and feels that he’s better than a crackhead !
They’re are both Addictions my friend
I wish you luck and please don’t treat other customers like that is my suggestion for you !
