We had asked for overnight security for our event, and Gator Guards delivered. They did an amazing job, on time, and professional. I would definitely use them again for our events in the future. Great communication the entire process as well from the initial contact and everything in between. Very well executed, would use them again in a heartbeat.

I often attend Advance Screenings with my mom, who is in a wheelchair and also suffers from Alzheimer's and this is something she really enjoys, even if only at the moment. Gator Guards often provide security for these events. Lately, it seems like a lot of other attendees, who are not handicapped are taking up the handicapped seating. This happened one night when a particularly compassionate guard named Joey was working. He saw what was happening and worked very hard to procure seating for us. Ever since that time when he is working, he has made sure he let us in first so we would be sure to get the needed seating. One night he was even attending an event (not working) and gave us his seat. I so appreciated this service. Keep up the good work Gator!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We rates are based on a few different things. The market we are in generally gives us a starting point but overall we find our prices are at or below our competitors. Our main goal is to work with our clients so that everyone is satisfied with the outcome. If you have other quotes in writing we can usually meet or beat them. All we ask is that you call some of our satisfied clients and find out why they use "Protection with Personality".
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its important to find out what kids of issues the client is having to know if what we can provide will be a good fit. We will help any way we can including suggestions of other options...whatever is the best option for the client as well as staying within the budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly working on improving not only our guards but our management, and systems, to provide the best protection at the best price.
