FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am highly competitive with fees. Most important is finding a great agent who will not only manage a smooth transition, but specializes in negotiation. There are potentially three times when negotiating can take place: 1. Initial offer 2. Inspection and 3. Appraisal (If the home doesn't appraise). My goal in every transaction is the get the most money for my client at each of those stages of negotiation, while still keeping the other side content. Very few agents fight like I do for their clients. That will save you a ton of money. I live in Saint Petersburg, but I'm very familiar with the entire area (Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take tremendous pride in being a top rated agent. If you can do a call I can go through all of the advantages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience as a Real Estate Agent and have owned my own office for 9 years. I promise to give the best real estate experience out there.
