I hired Toltec private investigations to bring credible evidence inside the courtroom. Toltec responded to me the same day that I reached out for service by email to schedule a call. I received a call the next day to discuss next steps. Then Toltec sent me a detailed email later that same day confirming what we discussed and asking if there was more that I would need. Their customer service is unmatched. Every person I’ve worked with for eleven months has been so patient, professional, and detailed oriented. Their written reports and visual footage of stationary as well as mobile investigation is excellent high grade quality. I live in Illinois and they have investigators available here to assist me. If you live in another state and/or further away from Petersburg Florida, they may be able to still help you. You won’t regret hiring Toltec for any situation.

I had never imagined that I would ever need a private investigator. It seemed they only existed in movies and, in real life, they would be quacks. However, after my initial consultation with Mike and his colleague, I felt much more comfortable with the idea of hiring him if need be. The fact that he felt it was necessary that I speak to my attorney first before moving ahead with his services, is what made me much more comfortable and confident about the idea. He seemed to truly be concerned that I not waste my money if the information he discovered would not be of help to my case. He didn’t try to sell me on anything. He then provided me with detailed description about his services and the cost associated so that everything was straight forward and I wouldn’t expect any surprise charge. After discussion with my attorney, I do feel I need his services so I just reached out to him again to hire him. To me the cost is worth it!
