I am loving my personal training sessions with Maria. She is highly skilled at tailoring work outs to the individual needs of her clients. I have strengthened my core and back, and seldom have any days with any pain. Overall I have gotten stronger and have more energy. I highly recommend Maria, and the company.

Brooke is absolutely amazing with my Mom and extremely patient. As a healthcare worker in Miami, it is a relief to know my mom is in good hands when we aren't in Tampa.
