I’ve been working with Jake from Florida Strong Fitness for about a year now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Jake is a fantastic trainer—he’s easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly invested in his clients’ progress. I’ve never been much of a gym person, more into cardio and yoga, but after losing some weight, I realized I needed to build muscle. Jake made that transition seamless. From the very first consultation, he’s been attentive, supportive, and mindful. He remembers the little details, like any issues or pain points you mention, and always tailors workouts to suit your needs and preferences. One of the standout aspects of Jake’s training is how holistic his approach is. He doesn’t just focus on workouts—he’s also on top of nutrition, which is included in his program. If you use tools like MyFitnessPal or other trackers, he helps you stay accountable and offers great recommendations to keep you on track. Thanks to Jake, I’ve gained significant muscle mass and am in the best shape I’ve been in years. The progress is consistent, and I feel stronger and more confident every session. I have been training with Jake for three months now. This is the first time in my life that I’ve made a real commitment and spent the money on myself to get in the best shape I possibly could. So thankful I did! Jake has been there for me by being attentive to detail when it comes to my training and always pushing me to do my best and to strive to do more. He has a genuine concern for his clients and works hard to meet their training needs by going the extra mile above and beyond what most coaches would do. He’s always available to lend a listening ear, answer a question and to encourage! If you are considering making the decision to invest in your health and physical wellbeing, no matter where you are in that journey, I would highly recommend Jake. You won’t be disappointed!

The owner Jake Anders is training me to show up the best I can for fitness challenge that I joined. If it wasn’t for Jake, I wouldn’t be at the gym. He messages me throughout the week to ask me how well I’m doing and if I feel good with the program that he set up for me. I kept asking for alternatives to certain machines if they were busy and he always replied promptly with an alternative. He talked to me about nutrition and provided a lot of guidance that was helpful. I’m feeling good going into the fitness challenge “grading” and I’m feeling really good about out my transformation. I would not have made this much progress if it weren’t for Jake’s consistent messages and fitness and nutrition coaching and advice

Since I started training with Jake 2 months ago, I've made great progress. I am down 9lbs and lost about 2% body fat. I have also put on some muscle. He's very knowlegable in exercise technique and does a great job motivating me during our workouts. I recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting in the best shape of their lives!

Jake has been great to work with, he listened to what I would like to work on and results that I was looking for , he then customized a workout plan with me. Always answers quickly if I have any questions or need help. Has also given great advice on how I can adjust my diet to help me get the results I am aiming for as well. Highly recommend.
