- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A single 60 minute private session is $70. I do offer monthly packages at a discounted per session rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new client includes the following: 1. Consultation of goals, nutritional intake and previous/current exercise regimen so that I can implement the proper exercise and nutrition program tailored to the client’s specific goals. 2. Weigh-in and body part measurements to get a baseline to refer to as the client progresses through their personalized fitness program. 3. Initial workout. This will also include assessing client's current fitness level. As we progress through the program, workouts will become increasingly more challenging as the client becomes more acclimated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified personal trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2012 and a registered holistic health coach since 2020. I am also CPR certified and a dental hygienist.
